Together Healthy Knox
Together Healthy Knox (THK) is a community health improvement initiative of the Community Health Council, and is supported by the Knox County Health Department.
Under THK, the Knox County Health Department conducts a community health assessment about every five years, and the Health Council uses the data to select priority health issues and create a community health improvement plan.

Together Healthy Knox is an initiative of the Community Health Council serving the City of Knoxville, Knox County, and the Town of Farragut. The CHC meets on the second Thursday of every other month from 8:00 am to 9:30 am at Cansler Family YMCA at 616 Jessamine Street in Knoxville (unless otherwise specified).   |
