Bio: Jim has worked for the YMCA since graduating from Vanderbilt University in 1982. He has worked in Birmingham, Atlanta, Honolulu and San Francisco prior to moving to Knoxville in 1995. Jim is married to Leann Dickson, Drama Teacher at Bearden High School.

Why are you involved in Together! Healthy Knox? "The Y collaborates with over 130 organizations but only partners with a few. Our partnership with the Health Department is one of the best ways to maximize the community resources to benefit more people. The connection to the Health Department helps the Y have more impact in the areas of Youth Development and Healthy Living."
