Community Health Status Assessment

The Community Health Status Assessment provides quantitative data on a broad array of health indicators, including behavioral risk factors, environmental health, and other measures that reflect a broad definition of health. It helps to determine where the community stands in relation to state data, national data, and Healthy People 2010 goals. Questions answered include: "How healthy are our residents?" and "What does the health status of our community look like?"
